1. How does the proofreading/translation process work?

​Once we confirm a deadline for your piece, we carefully proofread/translate it and create notes, if necessary, for clarification and further explanation. You then have the chance to read through the notes and give us feedback on possible questions. In accordance with your feedback, we make the finishing touches and send you the final form. You can find detailed information on the proofreading project by clicking on "Proofreading" on the main menu bar above.

2. I have a document that needs technical translation. Do you have any experts?

Yes. We have translators specialised in law, business, and medical translation.

 

3. How do I send a piece?

4. What is the pricing for proofreading?

Standard proofreading is £12/1000 words. If you want a 30-minute discussion session regarding the corrections after you receive your file, you can book one for £5.

Note: Due to the economic situation in Turkey, we offer discount fees for students and academics at Turkish institutions. Please get in contact with us for a reduced quote.

5. What is the pricing for translation?

Depending on the document you want to send in, you can get a quote from us simply by contacting us on any of our contact info options (see Question 9).

6. Do I have to place an order through the website?

No. The website works just like any other point of contact, and you can place your order through here. However, if you have any specific questions before placing an order, you can contact us first and we will process your order manually (see Question 9).

7. How does payment work?

Upon accepting your document, we request 30% of the full price in order to finalize the booking. Full payment is processed after you have received your final document.

8. What are my payment options?

We accept PayPal, and we also have both UK (Barclay's) and TR (Yapı Kredi) based bank account details upon request.
